Have any of you tried it? Any thoughts? The food you're allowed to eat all seem pretty satisfying to me. Other than the grapefruit of course, which I would really struggle with... it's way too sour. I love that there is some sort of carb included, it makes it so much more doable for me.

Some side notes about the diet are that you cannot eat anything that is not mentioned above, you can't substitute any of the food. You can't eat between meals, drink alcohol or have butter milk or fat. You are also not supposed to do this diet for more than 7 days at a time.
In terms of drinks you can have: black tea, black coffee, lemon tea, grapefruit juice, tonic, soda or water only.
When it says salad, it means: lettuce, cucumber, tomato and celery only.
Let me know if you've tried it and how it went for you, I'd love to hear some opinions before doing it myself.
